Using Arizona Rent to Own is a great way to sell your home when traditional selling methods are not working.  You can enter your home in our program and we will find the tenant for you and manage your property until it is sold.  We structure  lease-purchase agreements so that the tenant can buy your home as soon as possible.  Our agreements provide a fair sales price for both you and the buyer and rent credits to the buyer so they accumulate a down payment (which makes buying easier).
