Partnership Program:

With the partnership sale, we handle everything.  If you have some equity in your home, we may be interested partnering with you to get your home sold.  This shows a greater commitment on our part to perform.  We will share in the responsiblity of making your mortgage payments as well as sharing maintenance costs.  We will also assume full responsibility of finding a tenant and managing the property until your home is sold. 

This is a great solution if you want maintain some of the equity and future appreciation in your home but want help with the downside risks associated with owning real estate.
