Option 3:  We'll take over your home -

With this option, we handle everything.  If you don't want the responsibilities of being a landlord or just want to be done with the property, we will take over your home and manage it until it is sold.   The mortgage stays in your name, and we take over all responsibility of the home so you can move on.  We become responsible for finding a buyer, all maintenance issues, collecting rent and even take responsibility for the mortgage payment depending on the program you select. We may even split profits with you when the home is sold.   We have many variations of this program, so contact us to discuss your particular situation.
